I tried this recipe today as a side dish for chapathis, they came out well. Would give it a 4 out of 5 stars. Made a couple of alterations, I skipped the cashews and ground the ginger-garlic-clove-cinnamin before frying in oil. This recipe is a keeper.
Thanks for the recipe! 🙂

Is there any alternative to the cashew nut paste if I don’t have mixi available?
You can add thick curd or cream. But when adding turn off the heat. Add and then mix on very low heat.
