Ingredients needed
Little millet -1/2 cup
Curd/plain yogurt – 3/4 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup (boiled and cooled)
Carrot -2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Raw mango -1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Capsicum -2 tsp finely chopped (optional)
Salt to taste
For the seasoning
Oil -1 tsp
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Green chillies -1 finely chopped
Ginger -1 inch piece -finely chopped
Curry leaves – few
Coriander leaves -1 tbsp finely chopped
Method
Add milk and mash it well when it is hot. Once it cools, add curd, salt needed and mix well.
Add finely chopped mangoes and garnish with coriander leaves.
You do not need any side dish for this. It tastes good as such.
