Chilli powder -3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder -3/4 tsp

Preparations
Rinse and soak double beans overnight or for 5-6 hours if using dried ones and then pressure cook until soft. If using fresh beans just pressure cook (no soaking required) with a little salt and water until soft. If using canned beans, drain, rinse well and use it.
Chop onion, green chillies and tomatoes finely.
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add cumin seeds, finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves.
When cumin seeds sizzle, add finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic and saute until onions turn transparent.
Add chopped tomatoes, all the spice powder, salt needed and cook until tomatoes become mushy.
Then add cooked double beans, 2 tbsp of water and cook simmered until everything gets blended well. This is a dry curry/sabzi.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or chapati.
