This is a very simple and basic salsa recipe. It takes just 10 minutes to prepare this salsa. You can serve this with tortilla chips or use it in tacos or burritos. Today we will learn how to make salsa following this easy recipe.

Ingredients needed
Ripe tomatoes -2
Onion finely chopped -1/4 cup
Garlic -1 clove minced
Jalapeno -1 seeded and minced
Lemons Juice
Fresh coriander leaves -1/3 cup (finely chopped)
Pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar -1/2 tsp
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get the salsa consistency you like. If you like it chunky, just mash the salsa to the consistency needed.
Serve with tortilla chips or use it in burritos or tacos.
Note – Use ordinary chillies (seeded) if you cannot get Jalapenos.
