  • My outer crust didn't come crispy. Also the first set got out of shape when I dropped them into the oil.

    What could be the reason?

    • Jyothsna - thank you for liking my blog and recipes. You must see to it that there is no moisture in the cutlet. If there is moisture, you can add bread crumbs or besan to remove the moisture. If you are deep frying, make sure the oil is hot enough. If you are shallow frying the cutlets, shallow fry on both sides on low medium heat until brown and crispy. Check out Broccoli Stir fry

    • Consult your pediatrician. Ask her, if you can give your baby multi grain porridge. Recipe in Padhuskitchen. Also check my baby/kids recipe page for more porridge recipes.

  • Dear Padhu, We find broccoli has huge number of worms and eggs hidden and usage of salt water is not enough to remove them. What could be concentration of salt water?Any idea on make the cleaning process more efficient? If you can test and publish as separate article(possibly for cauliflower) also it will be great.
