I have divided the recipe into 5 easy steps
1. Making of the cake (I made vanilla cake)
2. Preparing the frosting (I made vanilla buttercream frosting)
3. Preparing the cake balls
4. Preparing the candy coating
5. Finally decorating the cake pops.

Ingredients needed
Sifted all purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup (113 grams)
Granulated white sugar – 150 grams (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
Eggs – 2 large
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup (at room temperature)
For the frosting
Icing sugar – 1 cup
Butter – 1/4 cup unsalted
Vanilla essence – 1/4 tsp
Milk – 1/2 – 1 tbsp
For the cake pops and decoration
Plastic wrap
Sprinkles
Styrofoam
Lollipop sticks
Candy coating (any color)
Mini oreos (optional)
Edible marker (optional)
Candy eyes (optional)

5. How to Decorate Cake Pops
I used big and mini oreo biscuits and edible marker. I did not have the patience for it to dry. So I used the marker to draw the mouth when the cake pops was a little wet (so not done properly). Wait for it to dry and then draw anything you want.
