Ingredients needed
Bulgur – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 1/4 cup
Spring onion greens – 1/3 cup finely chopped
Fresh Parsley – 2 cups finely chopped
Fresh mint chopped – 1/2 cup finely chopped
Tomatoes- 1 cup chopped
Cucumber – 3/4 cup chopped
Olive oil -3 tbsp
Lemon juice -3 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepper powder
Salt to taste

Yes, it is available in big supermarkets in cities. Try it in Nilgiris . You can also get it online.
