Whole wheat flour or multi grain atta -1 1/4 cup
Salt -1/4 tsp
Oil -2 tsp
For the stuffing
Channa dal-bengal gram -1/4 cup
Onion -1 very finely chopped
Green chilli -1 very finely chopped
Ginger grated -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder or kitchen king masala -3/4 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Hing- a pinch
Coriander leaves -2 tbsp
Salt needed
Oil for making parathas
