Hi,
I had a question on medhu vada and I tried posting it under that recipe but somehow it did not appear, so I'm trying again. I followed your recipe and the vadas came out well, but the outer layer was slightly thick. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks for your input!

Big fan of all your receipies. You have no idea how many lives you touch. For people like me who live far away from home and family and who crave for Amma’s loving food, your perfect measurements and receipies are fool proof as Ammas always say “kaai alavu da” and impossible to reproduce that.
You are our Annadatha in many ways.
God bless you and your family!!!
Kudos to you,
Gratitude,
Arthi
