Hi I tried this receipe and it came out well but I hv a lot of leftover veggie left can u suggest a receipe to use it my family doesn't wish to hv a parata again.
Padhu Sankar
You can make veg bonda or you can mix it with little leftover rice, make a dough, dip it in maida slurry, roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry to make a snack.

hi paddu, my parathas are breaking.
I observed that while rolling, the mixture is popping out and the dough is breaking. Im guessing because of too much moist . Please tell me some tips to correct this
Padhu Sankar
The stuffing should be a little dry. So cook until all the moisture evaporates or follow the method mentioned in my Gobi Paratha .
