In case of emergency, how many big onions can v use Padhu?
Padhu Sankar
Around 3 medium sized onions but I suggest pearl onions for this chutney.
Banumathy Sivakumar
if you add bedige red chillies instead of normal red chillies, it will give the colour.
Harini Rinu
Hi. My chutney turns bitter. Any idea what is the reason for it
Padhu Sankar
You might have burnt the onions slightly.
Harini Rinu
Padhu. Am sure I did not burn. I added onion, red chilli, urad dhal, tamarind and few cashews.asfoetida and salt . I don't know why it's happening like that it's been 3 rd time . The first time I did the chutney it came out well. But then it's becoming bitter
varna
