I am trying this tonight in Canada. Love your recipes and have made many of them. I usually have to make substitutions since I can't always get all the ingredients but they still come out great!

How to control the moisture in the potatoes while baking them ? I don't lose the moisture and it doesn't stick !!
Padhu Sankar
Add more bread crumbs to absorb moisture.

Can I use the rice flour instead of corn flour
Padhu Sankar
Yes, you can use rice flour instead of corn flour for binding for aloo tikkis. You can also use bread slice, just soak the bread slice in water for few seconds, squeeze out the water completely and add to the potatoes. This also helps in binding.
